Why are all the dubbed voices like this now?

they’re from SN Drama voice, infamously known as the ‘chip munk’ voice by the community. the original voice is fine but the editors sharing them been speeding up the voice for w/e reason (copyright?) and i been restoring the speed but its never the same srry
